HUBBARD Rita Marie Adamson, 91, died Sunday morning April 22, 2012 at Salem Community Hospital. She was born June 3, 1920 in Hubbard, a daughter of Joseph and Trecia DeAngel Fusco and was a lifelong Hubbard resident..

Mrs. Adamson was a cashier for Patton's Sparkle Market for 30 years, retiring in 1987 and was a member of St. Patrick Church. Rita was a member of the Hubbard Senior Citizens where she served as Treasurer for many years and she loved playing cards and going to casinos, especially to Las Vegas.

Her husband, Clifford N. Adamson, whom she married November 11, 1944, died November 27, 1988.

She leaves a son, Dennis Adamson of Hubbard and a daughter, Gay (Joe) Chesney of Hubbard; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; her niece Jacki Custer, and her Grandma Rita nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Lenore Maley.

Funeral services will be held Thursday 9:15 AM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home and 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Timothy H. O'Neill officiating.

Family and friends may call on Wednesday 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

Interment will take place at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
