Patricia A. (Dripps) Medvec

HUBBARD A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday July 3, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Michael Swierz and Deacon Michael Medvec officiating for Patricia “Memaw” Medvec, 66, who died Thursday June 28, 2018 at Liberty Health Care Center. She was born June 4, 1952 in Youngstown, a daughter of Arthur “Pat” and Helen Garono Dripps and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Mrs. Medvec, a 1971 graduate of Hubbard High School was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. She had such a giving heart and always put others first. Patricia loved her furry friends, 3 cats and a dog. She loved to cook and share her “masterpieces” and her grandchildren were her pride and joy.

She leaves two daughters, Stephanie (Shawn) Null of Galloway, OH and Michelle (Darrel Thompson) Cornell of Hilliard, OH; a brother, Larry (Joan) Dripps of Hubbard; 5 grandchildren, Victoria (Matt) Reardon, Nathan, Makayla, Rosie and Aaron. She also leaves cousins, Diana (Rick) Keenan, Patty (Ray) Moffit and Harry Dripps; a niece Jenna Dripps and a nephew Patrick Dripps.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents.

Family and friends may call on Monday July 2, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.

Closing prayers will be held on Tuesday July 3, 2018 at 9:15 AM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.

Interment will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
