HUBBARD Funeral services will be held Saturday 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Church for Jeffrey P. Jablonski, 25, who died Monday afternoon, October 10, 2011 at Salem Community Hospital. He was born March 24, 1986 in Sharon, a son of Marc S. and Mary Kay Mastronardi Jablonski and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Jeff was a framer and drywaller for Roger Krepps Drywall for 2 years and was a proud member of the Carpenter's Union Local 171. He was a member of St. Patrick Church and a 2004 graduate of Hubbard High School. Jeff loved sports especially the Buckeyes, Browns, Indians, Cavs and Hubbard teams. He loved spending time with his family and friends and making people laugh.

He leaves his parents Marc and Mary Kay both of Hubbard; a brother, Adam Jablonski of Hubbard; grandparents, Walter and Caroline Jablonski of Brookfield and Dorothy Mastronardi of Indiana, PA and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family and friends may call on Friday 4:00 to 8:00 PM at St. Patrick Church, 357 N. Main St., Hubbard, OH 44425.

Burial will be at Hubbard Union cemetery.

Arrangements are being handled by the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.
