LOWELLVILLE Jackie M. Hoover, 22, died Friday evening October 29, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center. She was born December 9, 1987 in Youngstown, a daughter of Darrell Lee and Vicky Hamill Hoover and was a lifelong area resident.

Miss Hoover worked for Purple Cat in Coitsville. She was a member of the Victory Christian Center, a 2007 graduate of Poland High School and enjoyed arts and crafts.

She leaves her mother, Vicky Phillipp of Lowellville; a brother Brandon Hoover and a sister, Stephanie Hoover both of Lowellville; grandparents, Jack and Pat Hamill of Edinburg, PA; her wonderful caregiver for six years, Shirley Flynn; a close friend, Amber Albertini of Poland and many aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents, Florence Carr and Darrell and Norma Hoover.

Memorial services will be held Thursday at Noon at Victory Christian Center, Lowellville.

There are no calling hours.
