LIBERTY TWP. Geraldine M. "Gerry" Greathouse, 87, of Liberty Twp., died Sunday afternoon, September 24, 2006, at her residence. She was born on January 2, 1919, in Sharon, PA, a daughter of William and Florence Solidie Warren and was a lifelong area resident.

Mrs. Greathouse was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, sewing, puzzles and especially spending time with her family.

Her husband, Raymond "Dewey" Greathouse, whom she married on November 24, 1936, died on January 21, 1991.

She leaves three daughters, Marie (Tom) Dutting of Hubbard, Dorothy (Phil) Faunda of Liberty and Virginia (Gene) Longo of Liberty; 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband, her parents, a son, Frederick Greathouse, a daughter, Florence Greathouse, two grandsons, Raymond Dutting and Jerry Hamill, two stepsons, Joseph and William Greathouse, two brothers, William and Howard Warren and two sisters, Elizabeth Seber and Frances Gratz, preceded her in death.

Private funeral services will be held on Wednesday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard.
