HUBBARD A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 10:00 AM at St. Columba Cathedral for William A. "Bill" Lickner, 56, who died Monday morning November 9, 2015 at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland. He was born June 20, 1959, in Youngstown, a son of Edward and Ethel A. Kormos Lickner and was a lifelong area resident. Mr. Lickner received his Bachelor of Arts and Communication degree at Youngstown State University where he majored in Broadcasting and minored in History. He was a member of St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown and was a truck driver for Hilltrux Tank Lines in North Jackson for 15 years. Bill was a model train collector, loved old Mopar cars, reading about cars, trains and history and enjoyed putting model cars together. He leaves his wife, the former Kimberly L. Summerfield, whom he married September 25, 1993; two sons, Michael E. and Shawn A. Lickner both at home; and a brother, Tim (Marlene) Williams of Cranberry Twp., PA. Bill was preceded in death by his parents. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home. Closing prayers will be held at 9:15 AM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to set up college funds for Michael and Shawn. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff in the Trauma ICU at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland for the wonderful care Bill received.
