AKRON William E. Kachelries, 34, of Akron, formerly of Youngstown, died Sunday, August, 18, 2002 in Mogadore, OH. He was born August 3, 1968, in Youngstown, a son of Darla Kachelries and lived in the Youngstown area until moving to Akron five years ago.

Mr. Kachelries was a technician for Rubbermaid at the Mogadore, OH plant for four years. He enjoyed spending time with his son and family and also mechanics and working on cars.

He leaves his stepfather and mother, Wayne and Darla Miller of Youngstown; a son, William "Willy" E. Kachelries Jr. of New Springfield, OH; a brother, Richard Haines of Youngstown; grandfather, William W. Kachelries of Hubbard; his fiancée, Evelyn Scherer of Akron. A grandmother, Dorothy Kachelries is deceased.

Funeral services will be held Friday, 1:30 PM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard, OH.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 PM.
