CORTLAND William R. Anderson Jr., 48, died Thursday afternoon, November 27, 2008. He was born February 21, 1960, in Warren, OH, a son of William R. Sr. and Rita D. Walzer Anderson and lived most of his life in Warren.

Bill was a self-employed carpenter, an avid golfer and enjoyed NASCAR and camping.

He leaves his mother, Rita Anderson, of Cortland; one sister, Joni L. (Douglas) Gillette of Vienna; his beloved Aunt Toots of Hubbard and a nephew Ryan D. Gillette of West Carrollton, OH.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 6:00 pm at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard, where friends may call one hour prior to the service.

Contributions can be made to the family to establish a memorial for Bill.
