HUBBARD William C. "Bing" Miller, 81, of Hubbard, died Wednesday morning, December l, 2004 at Northside Medical Center. He was born July 26, 1923 in Youngstown, a son of William and Anna Balch Miller and was a life long Hubbard resident.
Mr. Miller worked for General Fireproofing Corp. for 40 years, retiring in 1985.
A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of VFW Post No. 3767 of Hubbard, serving as Commander several times throughout his membership. He was formerly in the General Fireproofing Golf League and enjoyed gardening.
He leaves his wife, the former June Jones, whom he married July 21, 1947; three nieces, Nancy (Bob) Gaut of Hubbard, Kathy (Bill) Clark of Ashland, OH and Wendy (Albert) Alexander of Hubbard; great-niece, Kimberly Clark and great-nephews, John Gaut, Kevin Clark and Anthony Alexander.
Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers, Charles, Joseph and John Miller and a sister, Rose Ann Bowman.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard.
Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home and from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, prior to the services.
