HUBBARD Wanda J. Malin, 87, died Friday morning, April 2, 2010 at Park Haven Nursing Home in Ashtabula. She was born June 26, 1922 in Hubbard, a daughter of Orien and Winifred Stringer Quigley and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Mrs. Malin was a librarian for the Hubbard Public Library for 30 years before retiring in 1987. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Homebuilders Class having serving on various committees and offices. Wanda was also a member of the Progressive Club, the Fortnightly, a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Hubbard Public Library and enjoyed gardening.

Her husband, Robert E. Malin, whom she married February 9, 1943, died October 5, 2004.

She leaves a son, Richard D. (Barbara) Malin of Ashtabula; a sister, Betty Stewart of Brookfield; a grandson Travis and a granddaughter Jordan.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 11:00 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home.

Family and friends may call on Monday, 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
