Obituary

HUBBARD ~ Victoria Ann Prommersberger, 34, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, early Tuesday morning, August 11, 2026, in Florida. Victoria was born May 26, 1992, in Youngstown, Ohio, a daughter of James Prommersberger and Lori Nespeca.

Victoria was a homemaker and a proud 2010 graduate of Hubbard High School. She went on to earn her associate’s degree in medical coding and was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church.

Victoria was truly a “free bird,” living life with a beautiful, carefree spirit and an extraordinary soul. She had a natural curiosity and a love for the world around her. She enjoyed reading, music, the beach, movies, traveling, nature and astronomy. She found beauty and wonder in so many things and had a way of bringing that same sense of joy to those around her. Above all else, Victoria loved her children immensely. Her greatest happiness came from being their mother and spending precious time with them.

Victoria leaves behind her mother, Lori (Joe Schmitt) Nespeca of Hubbard; her father, James (Gina) Prommersberger Jr. of Hubbard; three sons, Oliver McCormack, Arthur McCormack and Jude McCormack, all of Florida; her daughter, Charley Prommersberger of Ohio; three brothers, Jimmy Prommersberger of Georgia, Nicholas Prommersberger and Anthony Prommersberger, both of Hubbard; two sisters, Amanda (Sean) McAllen of Girard and Makenzie (Stephen Hurley) Prommersberger of Florida; her maternal Grandmother, Cheryl “Babe” Cornell-Clayton of Youngstown; maternal Grandparents, John and Diann Leach of Hubbard; maternal Grandmother, Linda Nespeca of Florida; paternal Grandfather John Kokoski of Austintown; she also leaves many, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Victoria was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, James Prommersberger Sr. and Dana Kokoski; maternal grandfather, Victor Anthony Nespeca; her uncles, Jeffrey and Jason Kokoski; her Aunt, Lisa Nespeca-Saindon; and her cousin, Lynette Diane Hardman.

Victoria’s free spirit, loving heart and beautiful way of seeing the world will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Though her time here was far too short, she filled her life with love, laughter, adventure and unforgettable memories. Most of all her love for her children and family will remain a lasting part of them forever.

Family and friends may call on Monday August 24, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home and again on Tuesday August 25, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM at the funeral home, with Brian Hardman Jr., Joseph Cornell and Josh McCormack officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help for the future of Victoria's four children at the funeral home.
