HUBBARD Vera M. Ferrett, 93, of Hubbard, died Friday evening, March 25, 2005, at Northside Medical Center. She was born June 26, 1911, in Yugoslavia, a daughter of John and Mary Sabol and lived most of her life in Hubbard.

Mrs. Ferrett, a homemaker, was an active member of St. Patrick Church, Hubbard, and a charter member its Altar and Rosary Society. She was a member of the Hubbard Senior Citizens and was well known for her cooking and baking abilities.

Her husband, Nicholas J. Ferrett, whom she married February 28, 1933, died November 15, 1985. She leaves five sons, John "Laffy" (Andrea) Ferrett of Niles, MI, Nicholas (Eleanor) Ferrett of Deptford, NJ, Michael (Mary Jane) Ferrett and Peter Ferrett, both of Hubbard and Robert Ferrett of Warren, OH; 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Her parents, four brothers and one sister preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 9:15 am at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home and at 10:00 am at St. Patrick Church.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 5 to 8 pm.
