CAMPBELL Theresa M. (Gettan) Noufer, 90, passed away peacefully at her home early Sunday morning, July 9, 2006.
Theresa was a loved mother, grandmother, special aunt, and friend to all she knew. She was caring, kind, and always gave a helping hand ... be it driving someone to a doctor's office or friends to the library. She gave away hundreds of boxes of homemade pizzelles to so many over the years. And her grandchildren especially remember her delicious holiday turkey dinners.
Theresa loved living, was thankful to God for granting her a long and wonderful life and being with her to guide her decision making. Even at the end, she was an inspiration to those who knew her by living a life devoted to God, family and friends. She lived for what was good in life and always saw the best in others. She will be missed by many.
Theresa was quick to smile and what a beautiful, contagious smile she had. Even her correspondence was sealed with a smiley face sticker. And, when visitors would leave, they would usually hear one of her favorite sayings, "as we go."
Theresa's hobbies were driving all her under-90-younger friends to the retirees' and other group meetings and was an avid reader.
