HUBBARD Theresa Flora Knebel, 86, lifelong resident of Hubbard, died peacefully on May 29, 2015. Born on November 14, 1928 at her family home, she was the thirteenth child of Ralph and Angeline Perline. Theresa was reunited with her husband Stephen L. Knebel who passed away March 24, 2002. It was their sixty-seventh wedding anniversary on the day of her passing. She was a member of several groups, like Tops 1060, Conservation Club Auxiliary, Happy Wanderers and Card Club and was also a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. Her primary focus in life was family and tradition. She was a homemaker which made her the glue that held her large family together. In addition to her groups and family, Theresa was a fashionista, a gardener and an amazing baker. She loved music and bus trips with her sister Rosie. Theresa leaves behind a long legacy; She leaves her four children, Stephen (Laura) Knebel, Jean (Chuck Sexton) Knebel Christoff, John (Melissa) Knebel and Lisa (Anthony) Grande. A grandmother of 8, she leaves Nicole (William) Spencer, Michael (Kendel) Christoff, Amy (Erik) Bell, Josh Knebel, Daniel Christoff, Brianna Grande, Marissa Grande and Tyler Knebel. She also leaves behind great-grandchildren, Corey Spencer, Sydney Spencer, Cora Christoff, Ashlan Bell and Carmen Christoff. Also surviving is sister, Rose Ashman. In addition to being preceded in death by her husband and parents, she was preceded by 6 brothers and 6 sisters. Calling hours will be at Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home on Monday June 1, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Services will be officiated by Pastor Carla Davies on Tuesday June 2, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.
