Obituary
HUBBARD Mr. Terry L. Hunyadi Ph.D., 51, of Hubbard, formerly of Norman, OK, died Thursday, August 2, at St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center. He was born July 16, 1950 in Youngstown, OH, a son of Albert and Winifred Stewart Hunyadi.
Mr. Hunyadi worked in the library for the University of Oklahoma for 23 years. He was a 1968 graduate of Hubbard High School, graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelors Degree in History and received his Ph.D. in History from the University of Oklahoma. Terry served with the United States Air Force as a Russian translator. He was a member of Amnesty International, Save The Children Foundation, and enjoyed the theater, especially Broadway plays, art, painting and physical fitness.
In addition to his mother, Winifred Hunyadi of Hubbard; he leaves one brother, Al Hunyadi of Nazareth, PA; one sister, Cheryl J. McMillen of Hubbard. His father is deceased.
Funeral services will be held Monday, 11:00 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard.
Friends may call Sunday, 6 to 8 PM at the Kelley- Robb Funeral Home.
