HUBBARD Funeral services will be held Tuesday 9:15 AM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home and 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Church for Steve Mikita, 81, who died Thursday afternoon November 24, 2011 at his home. He was born December 29, 1929 in Hubbard, a son of Thomas and Mary Macura Mikita and was a lifelong area resident.
Mr. Mikita was a crane operator for Valley Mould for 22 years before retiring in 1988. He was a member of St. Patrick Church. He leaves his wife, the former Joanne M. Rosile, whom he married June 24, 1950; a son, Stephen F. Mikita of Hubbard; a daughter, Cheryl Ann (John) Lewis of Jacksonville, FL; two grandchildren, Ramsey Scott and Lindsey Day (Tim) Dames and two great grandchildren, Fallon Kai and Truman Lewis Dames.
