Shirley leaves to cherish her memory her son, John A. Samulka Jr. of Niles; two daughters, Debra A. Wasserman of New Castle and Susan L. Conroy and her husband, Michael, of Hubbard; a brother, Donald Paes of New Middletown; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews she loved and held close to her heart.
