Obituary
HUBBARD Ruth Parsons, 82, passed Thursday morning December 11, 2014 at Sharon Regional Health System. She was born August 5, 1932 in Clay, WV a daughter of Earl and Nora Westfall White and lived most of her life in Hubbard.
Mrs. Parsons was a bus driver for the Hubbard Public School System for 32 years, retiring in 1999. She was a member of Victory Christian Center and a treasurer of the Rebekah Lodge.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jarrel Parsons, whom she married September 26, 1953 and died November 13, 2000.
She leaves three sons, Jerry (Joann) Parsons of Madison Heights, VA, Elmer (Bonnie) Parsons of Lowellville and Richard (Brenda) Parsons of Forest, VA; one daughter, Linda (Tom) Tracy of Hubbard; two sisters, Betty (Bill Jo) Jarrett of Barberton, OH, JoAnn Kohler of Barberton, OH; 20 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, David Parsons and a daughter, Joyce Hogan; five brothers and three sisters.
Family and friends may call on Saturday from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home, where a funeral service will follow at 5:00 PM at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Mahoning Valley Memorial Park in Youngstown.
