HUBBARD Ruth Lehman, 97, of Hubbard, died Saturday morning, February 3, 2007, at O'Brien Memorial Nursing Home. She was born April 19, 1909, in Pittsburgh, PA, a daughter of William and Theresa Schuman Curran and has lived in Hubbard for 55 years coming from Oakmont, PA.

Mrs. Lehman was a former teacher for the Canfield School System for many years. She was a member of St. Patrick Church and the Youngstown Garden Club. An accomplished artist, she enjoyed painting, gardening, the outdoors and wildlife.

Her husband, Samuel F. Lehman, whom she married in 1938, died June 11, 1999. She leaves several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, William, Charles and Paul Curran and four sisters, Rita Curran, Beatrice Meyer, Mercedes Scholl and Amelia Curran.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, 10:15 am at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home and at 11:00 am at St. Patrick Church.

Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9:00 am until 10:15 am.
