HUBBARD Ruth Eileen Fitzsimmons, 79, of Hubbard, died Tuesday afternoon, March 21, 2006, at Northside Medical Center. She was born February 6, 1927, in Youngstown, a daughter of Tim and Ruth Samuel Shea and was a lifelong area resident.

Mrs. Fitzsimmons was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith.

She leaves her husband, James Fitzsimmons, whom she married on October 26, 1954; a son, James J. (Darla) Fitzsimmons III; two daughters, Ruth Pugliese of Hermitage, PA and Eileen (Joseph) Fulytar of Hubbard; two brothers, Jack Shea and Bill Shea, both of Austintown; a sister, Dorothy Shea of Girard and five grandchildren.

Her parents and a sister preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard.

Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
