HUBBARD Rosemary L. Spurio, 85, died Wednesday evening at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. She was born February 2, 1926 in Struthers, a daughter of Joseph and Mamie Rose Barranco Poma and was a lifelong area resident.

Mrs. Spurio, a homemaker, was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading. Rosemary treasured her loving family and her cat Butterball.

Her husband, Victor A. Spurio, whom she married August 26, 1950, died July 9, 1985.

She leaves a son, Victor A. Spurio, II of Liberty; a daughter, Cheryl A. (Robert) Berg of Bainbridge Twp.; three grandchildren, Lauren Berg, Kristen Berg and Justin Berg and a brother-in-law, Joseph A. (Betty) Spurio.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Joseph Poma Jr., Charles Poma and James Poma; four sisters, Roseann Poma, Bertha Bischoff, Josephine Poma and Dolores Poma.

Funeral services will be held Monday 9:30 AM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home and 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Church.

Family and friends may call on Sunday 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.
