Rosemary Bosco's Obituary


HUBBARD Rosemary M. Bosco, 82, died Sunday afternoon January 6, 2013 at Hospice House. She was born August 16, 1930 in Hubbard at home, a daughter of Andrew and Mary Josephine Venoso Choppa and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Mrs. Bosco was a supervisor for Ohio Edison for 44 years, retiring in July of 1992. She graduated from Hubbard High School, was a member of St. Patrick Church and was very active with the St. Vincent DePaul Society. Rosemary was a member of the Hubbard Senior Citizens and belonged to a card club for 61 years with high school friends of her husband's. She also enjoyed shopping and going to casinos.

Her husband, James P. Bosco, whom she married May 16, 1951, died September 27, 1999. She leaves two sisters, Louise (Jack) Blystone of Hermitage, PA and Therese (William) Benden of Freehold, NJ. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews of whom she was most fond.

Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Angelo, Louis and Dominic Choppa and two sisters, Antoinette Riccitelli and Jennie Mangan.

Family and friends may call on Wednesday 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 5:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home and a mass of Christian burial at St. Patrick Church at 5:30 PM.

Entombment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
