Biography

GIRARD Ronald J. Cizmar Sr., 81, died Saturday morning November 9, 2013 at Liberty Health Care Center. He was born July 7, 1932 in Youngstown, a son of John and Ann Anthol Cizmar and was a lifelong area resident.

Mr. Cizmar worked for AJAX Tocco Magnathermic for 38 years, retiring in 2008. He was a member of New Life Christian Church in Liberty. Ronald enjoyed car shows, was an avid cigar connoisseur and in general just liked to tinker around the house.

He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Carole A. Villano, whom he married March 14, 1958, died February 2, 2009.

He leaves two sons, Ronald Cizmar Jr. of Hubbard and Greg (Tricia) Cizmar of Liberty; a daughter Lisa (Jeff) Rice of Liberty and five grandchildren, Janine, Richard, Justin, Melanie and Jeffrey.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Edward Cizmar.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday 11:00 AM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home with calling hours one hour prior from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.

Interment will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
