Ronald Kropinak's Obituary


HUBBARD Ronald "Krope" Kropinak, 63, of Hubbard, died Monday morning, July 14, 2008, at Hospice House. He was born on April 5, 1945, in Youngstown, a son of Mike and Katherine Tuskonec Kropinak and was a lifelong area resident.

Mr. Kropinak was a business teacher for the Campbell City Schools for 25 years, retiring in 2004. Prior to this, he taught at Southeast Local Schools in Portage County and at Youngstown College of Business. He was a 1969 graduate of Youngstown State University. Ron enjoyed watching the Cleveland Indians and was an avid fan of the Windham Bombers Athletics.

He leaves his wife, the former Carol Evans, whom he married on December 21, 1968; a daughter, Rhonda Lynn Kropinak of Springfield, VA and a brother, Charles Kropinak of Campbell.

His parents and a daughter, Kristen Michelle Kropinak, preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
