Ronald John Karpinski Sr., 69, of Hubbard passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home on March 19, 2026 surrounded by his loved ones. Ronald was born on February 4, 1957 to Olive Joann and Thomas S. Karpinski Sr. in Sharon, PA.

Ron was a 1975 Hubbard High School graduate and of the Catholic faith. He drove School bus for 25 years for Youngstown City Schools. After retiring he enjoyed driving for The Purple Cat for a few years. Ron was one of the most selfless people ever known. Ron loved collecting coins, elephants and riding his motorcycle.

Ron is survived in death by his two daughters Tina and Tammie both of Youngstown; his niece Sarah and her son Wyatt Birch of Youngstown, niece Charlene (Pony) of Youngstown; his former wife Missy of Youngstown; his sisters Karen (Bill) Demoss of Hubbard and Sharon (Tim) Donahue of Hubbard; his brother Thomas (Yvonne) Karpinski Jr. of Hubbard; and many other nieces and nephews.

Ron is preceded in death by his parents and stepfather; his twin brother Rick and his son Ronnie Jr.

Family and friends may call on Thursday March 26, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at The Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 7:00 PM at the funeral home with Deacon Michael Medvec officiating. A private interment will take place Friday morning March 27, 2026.
