HUBBARD Private services were held for Robert D. "Pete" Sauline, 63, who died Sunday morning June 17, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was born February 14, 1955 in Youngstown, a son of Richard Raymond and Florence Eleanor Quinn Sauline and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Mr. Sauline, a 1973 graduate of Hubbard High School, was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. Pete was a millwright at Parker Hannifin, formerly Commercial Intertech. He enjoyed motorcycles and was a member of the Harley Owners Group, he loved to cook, was an avid NASCAR fan, and was very mechanical, being known as "Mr. Fix-It".

He leaves his mother, Flo Sauline of Hubbard; his wife, the former Margaret "Maggie" Maley, whom he married May 17, 1980; a brother, Rich (Tina) Sauline of Hubbard and a sister, Patti A. (Brian) Bower of Lehigh Acres, Florida and also many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

There were no calling hours.
