HUBBARD Robert F. Michael, 86 of Hubbard, died Friday morning at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was born May 6, 1917, in Youngstown, a son of John and Margaret McGarry Michael and was a life long area resident.

Mr. Michael worked for Republic Steel Corp. for 30 years retiring in 1973. In addition, he was a self-employed painter and wallpaper hanger learning his skills from his stepfather, Frank Williams.

Mr. Michael was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Youngstown.

His wife, the former Virginia Morgan, whom he married June 19, 1936, died April 8, 1992. He leaves four daughters, Patricia Klinich, Roberta Stewart and Penelope (Harry) Gunter, all of Hubbard and Linda Michael of Denver, CO; a sister, Margie Crowe of Hubbard; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

His parents, stepfather Frank Williams, two brothers, John and Joseph Michael, a sister, Louise Dignan and a son, Thomas Robert Michael are deceased.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday at St. John's Episcopal Church Youngstown.

Friends may call at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home on Sunday, 5 to 8 PM.
