HUBBARD Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home for Richard W. Love, 71, who died Saturday morning January 17, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center. He was born January 12, 1944 in Youngstown, a son of Harry and Ruth Evans Love and was a lifelong area resident.
Mr. Love was a graduate of The Rayen High School and a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Hubbard. He was a truck driver for the Tamarkin Company for 35 years, retiring in July of 1999. Richard loved the Hubbard Conservation Club, was a social member of the Hubbard VFW Post No. 3767 and was a volunteer for the Hubbard Community Youth League Baseball.
Richard loved to fish, hunt and especially spend time with his grandkids and attend their activities.
He leaves his wife, the former Rose Marie Nelepka, whom he married May 16, 1964; a son, Rick (Lisa) Love of Hubbard; two daughters, Cindy (Bill) Dengler of Philadelphia, PA and Kim (Scott) Garner of Kent, OH; a brother, Jim (Paula) Love of Austintown; a sister-in-law, JoAnn Love of Austintown and 6 grandchildren, Ryan, Brianna, Emily, Andrew, Lauren and Collin.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Bud Love.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home and also one hour prior to the funeral services on Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
