HUBBARD Richard P. Krell, 77, of Hubbard, died Thursday afternoon, February 17, 2005, at his daughter's residence in Austintown. He was born January 4, 1928, in Youngstown, a son of Clarence A. and Dorothy Frost Krell and lived in Hubbard since 1960.
Mr. Krell worked for McNicholas Transportation for 28 years and after retiring
was a photographer for Auto Trader Magazine for four years. Dick was a member of St. Patrick Church in Hubbard, Teamsters Local 377 in Youngstown and a former member of the Optimist Club in Hubbard. He served in the U. S. Army in World War II.
He leaves his wife, the former Mary C. Gill, whom he married on October 7, 1950; two daughters, Mary Kay Illencik of Austintown and Janet Marie (Ronald) Dubas of Youngstown; two brothers, Clarence Krell of Punta Gorda, FL and Bert Wilkinson of Garrettsville, OH; one sister, Clara Ann DeDonato of Girard and 4 grandchildren.
His parents and stepfather, Fred Walker, preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home.
Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
