LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA Rhoda P. Peterson, 91, died Thursday morning May 13, 2010. She was born September 19, 1918 in Mercer County, PA a daughter of Homer and Ida Johnson Perrine and lived in Hubbard until 1963 when she moved to Garland, Texas and then moved to California in 1999.

She worked for State Farm Insurance Company in Dallas, Texas for 15 years and previously was a co owner of Stan and Sam's TV for 20 years.

She was a former member of Hubbard United Methodist Church and enjoyed painting and golfing.

Her husband, Stanley A. Peterson, died September 22, 1994.

She leaves a son, James E. (Joan) Peterson of Mission Viejo, CA; a daughter in law, Donna Peterson of Royce City, TX; a brother, Dallas Perrine of Lakewood, CO; ten grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, George and Robert Peterson and a brother, Benjamin Perrine.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 28, 2010, at 11:45 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home and graveside services will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Worth Twp., PA.
