HUBBARD Raymond J. Stiftinger, 72, died Monday afternoon December 29, 2014 at his home. He was born May 25, 1942 in Farrell, PA a son of Joseph J. and Catherine R. Golub Stiftinger and was a lifelong area resident.

Mr. Stiftinger, a graduate of Farrell High School, served with the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He was a crane operator for Westinghouse for 15 years. Ray was a member of the Farrell Italian Home, the New Deal Club and the American Legion Post No. 432 in Wheatland. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing Bocce.

He leaves two sons, Mark (Diane) Stiftinger of San Antonio, TX and Kirt (Lisa) Stiftinger of Hubbard; a daughter, Rae Lynn (Brad) Fazenbaker of Westerville, OH; a brother, Fritz Stiftinger of Fresno, CA; 8 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

There are no calling hours or funeral services.

Raymond will be laid to rest on Friday January 9, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Farrell with full military honors rendered by the West Middlesex VFW, the Farrell VFW and the Wheatland American Legion.
