HUBBARD Mr. Raymond J. Sauline Sr., 78, of Hubbard, died Thursday, January 10, 2002 at the John XXIII Home, Hermitage, PA. He was born February 3, 1923 in Hubbard, a son of Joseph J. and Margaret Pannunzio Sauline and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Mr. Sauline was an Engineer for Conrail Railroad for 40 years before retiring in 1981. He was a member of St. Patrick Church, Hubbard. He served with the United States Army during World War II and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 3767. Mr. Sauline was a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and enjoyed gardening.

His wife, the former Yolanda Petuch, whom he married October 31, 1947, died September 16, 2000. He leaves two sons, Joseph J. Sauline of Westerville, OH and Raymond J. Sauline Jr. of Hubbard; two stepsons, Emerick Zuccaro of Twinsburg, OH and Ronald Zuccaro of Sharpsville, PA; a brother, John Sauline of Newago, MI; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A brother, James P. Sauline is deceased.

Funeral services will be held Monday 9:30 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home and 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Church, Hubbard.

Friends may call at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home on Sunday, 5 to 8 PM.
