HUBBARD Phyllis T. Sebo, 68, died Friday afternoon January 19, 2018 at Northside Hospital Medical Center. She was born December 31, 1949 in Youngstown, a daughter of Charles C. and Harriet Jean "Hattie" Ashman and was a lifelong area resident.

Phyllis was a 1967 graduate of The Rayen High School and was a clerk at the Youngstown Post Office in Youngstown for 30 years. She loved to go to the casino with her $20, her cats and watching soap operas.

She leaves a brother, George Sebo of Hubbard and a brother-in-law, Russell Veach of Hubbard.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Charlene Veach.

There are no calling hours or funeral services.
