HUBBARD Phyllis J. Dugan, 84 of Hubbard, died Monday morning, December 1, 2003, at Liberty Health Care Center. She was born August 10, 1919, in Toledo, OH, a daughter of Lee and Maude Wigle Wood and moved to Hubbard in 1985 coming from Virginia Beach, VA.
Mrs. Dugan was a homemaker.
Her husband, Edward J. Dugan, whom she married August 3, 1940, died June 26, 1972. She leaves two sons, Kenneth (Sue) Dugan of North Carolina and Gerald Dugan of California; one daughter, Barbara (George) Zupko of Youngstown; two brothers, Lee Wood Jr. of Pensacola, FL and Donald Wood of Austintown; one sister, Marjorie Kish of Hubbard; nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Her parents and two brothers, Wilford and William Wood are deceased.
There are no calling hours or funeral services.
