HUBBARD Philomena V. Carsone, 89, of Hubbard, died Sunday morning, February 11, 2007 at Sharon Regional Health System. She was born on September 5, 1917, in Hubbard, a daughter of James and Rose Carset Carsone and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Miss Carsone worked for Top Value Enterprises for 15 years, retiring in 1974 and previously worked at Harvel's, both in Hubbard. A 1935 graduate of Hubbard High School and a member of St. Patrick Church in Hubbard, Philomena enjoyed playing cards, traveling and bowling.

She leaves a sister, Marguerite R. Cronin of Hubbard.

Her parents, two brothers, Frank and Paul Carsone and a sister, Lucy M. Carsone, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 11:15 a.m. at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home and at 12:00 p.m. at St. Patrick Church in Hubbard.

Family and friends may call from 10:00 to 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home, prior to the services.
