HUBBARD Philip Richard Frazier, 65, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at his home in the presence of his loving family. He was born September 26, 1958 in Sharon, PA. He was the son of Richard W. and Mary Lou Neal Frazier and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Mr. Frazier, a 1976 graduate of Hubbard High School, was a Maintenance/Production Hi-Lift Driver for Phillips Manufacturing in Niles for 34 years, retiring in 2022. Philip enjoyed various forms of auto racing, especially sprint cars and NASCAR, fishing, camping, gardening and spending time with his family and friends. He was also of the Catholic faith.

He leaves his wife of 39 years, the former Rosemary Martof whom he married May 11, 1985; a son, Kyle Richard Frazier of Hubbard; a daughter, Kelly Rose Frazier of Hubbard; two sisters, Ms. Patricia Messersmith of Transfer, PA and Mrs. Darlene (Bud) Hallsky of Hubbard along with many nieces and nephews.

Philip was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Philip's life will be held on Sunday July 21, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chestnut Ridge Park, 6486 Chestnut Ridge Rd., Hubbard, OH  44425.  Please RSVP to Kyle at 330-240-0728 by July 10, 2024.
