HUDSON Pearl K. Erdelyi, 88 of Hudson, OH, died Monday, February 23, 2004, at Crown Center, Hudson. She was born January 11, 1916, in Hubbard, a daughter of John and Elizabeth Hajdu Katko and lived in Cleveland from 1934 to 1990 when she moved to Hudson.
Mrs. Erdelyi worked for General Motors for 37 years, retiring in 1979. She was of the Protestant faith, a 50-year member of the Order of Eastern Star West Park Lodge No. 427, the Beauciant and the Shriners Widows Organization, all of Cleveland. A 1934 graduate of Hubbard High School, she enjoyed crocheting, knitting.
Her husband, Leslie J. Erdelyi, whom she married August 11, 1936, died September 1989. She leaves a brother, Daniel A. (Mabel) Katko of Liberty.
Her parents, two sisters, Julia Katko and Elizabeth Mauser, three brothers, William, Albert and Steve Katko, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
