Youngstown ~ Paula J. Tregaskes, 69, passed away peacefully at Liberty Health car Tuesday evening September 15, 2026. Paula was born a daughter of Richard J. and Alene J. (Guffy) Tregaskes Jr. on February 10, 1957 in Youngstown. 

Paula was a lifelong area resident and was employed by Securitas as a security guard for many years. She was an avid Cleveland Indians fan, liked video gaming, knitting and crocheting. She most of all loved her family.

She leaves three sisters, Barbara (Jeff) Cataline of Hubbard, Jacqueline (Michael) Yakopec of McDonald and Odessa Hershberger of Cortland; two brothers, Henry Tregaskis of Youngstown and Donald Tregaskis of Monroe, NC; a nephew, Robert Tregaskes; three nieces, Vicki Cataline, Cheyenne Yakopec, Amy Yakopec and many great nieces and nephews whom she loved very much.

Paula is preceded in death by her parents; a sister Carol Tregaskes; a brother Thomas Tregaskis and a nephew Spike Cataline.

Friends may call on Sunday September 20, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home, a funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Ron Blakeman officiating.

Place of interment will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
