HUBBARD Paul Seech, 72, of Hubbard, died Monday morning, February 20, 2006, at Northside Medical Center. He was born December 27, 1933, in Bethlehem, PA, a son of Gabor and Julia Baranyi Seech and lived most of his life in Hubbard.
Mr. Seech worked at Youngstown Sheet & Tube in Campbell for 33 years, retiring in 1985. After retirement, Paul worked at Maple Grove and Hubbard Union Cemeteries, both in Hubbard. Having served in the U.S. Marine Corps, he was a member of the American Legion Post No. 432 in Wheatland, PA and the VFW Post No. 3767 in Hubbard. Paul was of the Protestant faith and enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports and attending the annual family reunion.
His first wife, the former Opal Smith, died in 1957.
He leaves his wife, the former Jo Ellen Weaver, whom he married in September 1958; two sons, Randy S. Seech of Hubbard and Gregory (Tami) Seech of Hubbard; two daughters, Cheryl L. Fleischer of Hubbard and Lisa J. Seech of Hubbard; two brothers, Ernest Seech of Belington, WV and Louis Seech of Independence, OH; two sisters, Ethel Palazzini of Holyoke, MA and Gizella Snyder of Catasauqua, PA and six grandchildren, Courtney (Tom) Doyle, Nicholas Fleischer, Amanda Seech, Jarrod Seech, Paige Seech and Zachary Seech.
Preceding him in death were his parents, a brother, Joseph Bognar and a sister, Sarah Ravis.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard.
Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home and from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, prior to the service.
