HUBBARD Paul B. Phibbs, 36 of Hubbard died Friday morning at Northwest Medical Center, Franklin, PA. He was born April 1, 1965, in Youngstown, a son of Walter and Joann Pennock Phibbs and was a life long Hubbard resident. He was co-owner of Eagle Print Wear in Girard.

Mr. Phibbs attended Allegheny College, Meadville, PA, where he was a member of the football and wrestling teams and a 1984 graduate of Hubbard High School where he played football and wrestled.

He was a member of St. Patrick Church, Hubbard and a former freshman football coach and girls track coach at Hubbard. He played semi-professional football for the Youngstown Cobras. He was an avid sports enthusiast.

In addition to his father of Hubbard, he leaves his wife, the former Diane P. Rock, whom he married March 23, 1993; a daughter, Jessica D. Phibbs, at home; five brothers, Walter R. Jr. of Lake Milton, Dennis P. and Daniel W., both of Hubbard, David P. of Austintown, and Bruce P. of Pittsburgh, PA; two sisters, Robin A. Ebert and Cathy F. Ebert, both of Austintown; several nephews and nieces. His mother and a niece, Alesha Ebert are deceased.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, 4 to 7 PM.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Youngstown.
