HUBBARD Mr. Paul (Peanie) F. Dominic III, 61, of Hubbard, passed away Wednesday April 17, 2002, at Sharon Regional Health System after being stricken with a heart attack at home. He was born November 1, 1940, in Youngstown, a son of Paul F. and Carolyn Geidner Dominic Jr. and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Mr. Dominic was Vice President of Manufacturing for Astro Containers Inc. for 11 years before retiring in 2002. Prior to this he worked for U.S. Steel, Container Division, Masury for 27 years. He was a member of St. Patrick Church, Hubbard, a member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, a former member of the Wing Snappers Model Airplane Club and a former Soccer Coach. Mr. Dominic was a Sgt. 1st Class with the United States Army serving in Korea. He was a 1958 graduate of Hubbard High School, attended Youngstown State University William Rayen School of Engineering, LaSalle University, Chicago, IL and enjoyed woodworking.

He leaves his wife, the former Judy A. Rocco, whom he married August 8, 1964; a daughter, Kimberly M. Dominic and her fiancé Dr. Steven D. Novicky of Austintown; two sons, Kevin P. Dominic of Hubbard and Michael J. (Elizabeth) Dominic of Columbus, OH; two brothers, Jack (Judy) Dominic of Harrison, OH and Dr. Bill (Dr. Susan) Dominic of Fresno, CA; a sister, Carole Pesa of Liberty. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, 9:30 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard and 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Church, Hubbard.

Friends may call at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home on Friday, 5 to 8 PM.
