HUBBARD Paul J. Blackburn, 88, died Monday afternoon March 3, 2025 at his home. He was born February 9, 1937 in Maitland, WV a son of Garnett and Cora Lee Mullins Blackburn.

Mr. Blackburn worked in the paint shop at General Motors for 38 years. He was a member of Victory Christian Church where he was a deacon and ran the food pantry. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery, camping and was an excellent bowler.

His wife, the former Stormy Carol Odum, died June 23, 2022.

He leaves two sons, Gordon "Ray" Dalton and his wife Debbie of Youngstown and Paul David Blackburn of Boardman; a daughter, Susan (Mike Wilson) Blackburn of Hubbard; two brothers, Cecil Blackburn and his wife Kim of Sharon and James Blackburn of Alabama; 7 grandchildren, Jennifer Dalton, Jesse (Paige) Blackburn, Josh Wilson, Nathan McLaughlin, Candace Wilson, Michael (Loren) Wilson and Brienna Rosile and 9 great grandchildren, Tristan, Timothy, Madison, Bryson, Nolan, Alex, Bailey, Mojo and Lilly.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Stormy; two brothers, Arnold and Walter Blackburn and a daughter Cathy E. Nash.

Family and friends may call on Saturday March 8, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Gary Sweet officiating.
