NEW SPRINGFIELD Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 2, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home for Norma L. Shacklock, 85, who passed away peacefully Saturday morning April 28, 2018 at Windsor House in Canfield surrounded by loved ones. She was born November 29, 1932 in Albright, WV and later relocated to New Springfield and resided there for 46 years.

Norma, known by most as "Mammy" was a lifetime member of the Rebekah Lodge IOOF Country Side #910, the friendships she made in this organization became family.

She is survived by her children, Kay (Bill) Berthy, Carol Beveridge, Don (Charleen) Weaver, John Weaver, David Dishong, Billy Shacklock, Sandy (Charles) Van Fosson and Kathy Johnson; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband William Shacklock of 51 years and their son Bill Jr.

Family and friends may call on Wednesday May 2, 2018, one hour prior to the funeral services from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Interment will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
