JOHNSTON Muriel Haun, 94, formerly of Hubbard, died Monday afternoon, October 1, 2007, at Cortland Healthcare Center. She was born on April 14, 1913, in Erbacon, WV, a daughter of William and Elmira Davis Thomas. She had lived in Weirton, WV, Hubbard, Florida and then Johnston.
Muriel, a homemaker, formerly was a real estate agent in Florida. She had been a member of the Church of Christ in Hermitage, PA.
She leaves her husband, Donald G. Haun, Sr.; a son, Keith (Frankie) Ericson of Nashville, TN; a daughter, Anita Smith of Dallas, TX; two stepsons, Don (Janet) Haun, Jr. and Bill Haun, both of Cortland; a stepdaughter, Beverly (Bill) Carabelos of Westminister, CO; a brother, Lincoln Thomas of Phoenix, AZ; a sister, Evelyn Ferguson of Buena Vista, VA; 10 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her first husband, Paul Ericson and second husband, Larry Fiedler, Sr., a brother, Randall Thomas and three sisters, Iva Mearns, Lutetia Gray and Edna Bobbitt.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard.
Family and friends may call 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home, prior to the services.
