HUBBARD Michelene A. Deflin, 63, of Hubbard, died on Sunday morning, April 22, 2007, at Northside Medical Center. She was born on June 11, 1943, in Sharon, PA, a daughter of Joseph R. Sr. and Matilda Urdea Deflin and lived in Hubbard for 27 years.

Michelene was a sales associate for the Macy's Department Store in the Eastwood Mall for eight years and prior to this worked for Montgomery Ward and Culligan. She was a member of the Wheatland-Farrell United Methodist Church in Wheatland, PA, where she was a former member of the church choir and a 1961 graduate of Farrell High School and has continually served on her reunion committee. Michelene enjoyed crafts, knitting, crocheting and especially spending time with her granddaughter and her family.

She leaves her daughter, Diana L. (Michael) Napolitan of Hubbard; a brother, Joseph R. Deflin, Jr. of Wheatland, PA; two sisters, Constance O'Kin and her husband, Rocky, of Wellington, FL and Jody Deflin of Austintown; a granddaughter, Alexis; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the Wheatland-Farrell United Methodist Church in Wheatland, PA.

Family and friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard and from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the church, prior to the services.
