Michael Sisk's Obituary

CHICAGO Michael R. Sisk, 54, died November 24, 2013. He was born September 24, 1959 in Youngstown, a son of Raymond and Marie Socha Sisk.

Michael was a 1977 graduate of Hubbard High School and was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. He received his Electrical Engineers degree and his Master's degree in Business Management from Youngstown State University. Michael worked for Square D where he was a sales representative and consultant. He was a member of the Steelers Backers Club in Chicago, the YSU Alumni and was an avid sports fan and loved attending games. Michael was a lifelong Steelers fan, loved to travel with his fiancé©e in his spare time and was proud of his nieces and nephew and spoke of them often.

He leaves his fiancé©e, Bonnie Thode of Chicago; three brothers, Brian Sisk of Hubbard, David Sisk and Jim Sisk both of Liberty; an aunt Coletta Davis of Hubbard; one nephew, Steven Sisk of Henderson, NV; two nieces, Kaitlin Sisk and Elizabeth Sisk of Hubbard and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and a sister, Janeen Sisk.

There will be a memorial mass on Friday December 6 at 11:00 AM at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Hubbard.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Kul Open for Cancer Research, 1437 Churchill Hubbard Rd., Youngstown, OH 44505, a charitable organization Michael helped his brothers create.

Michael's final resting place will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.

Arrangements are being handled by the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.
