HUBBARD Sarah A. Mead, 83, formerly of Hubbard, died Sunday morning, March 2, 2008, at Liberty Health Care Center. She was born May 24, 1924, in Girard, OH, a daughter of Clyde and Eva Crider Price and was a life long area resident.

Mrs. Mead was a member of the Hubbard Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed sewing and quilting.

Her husband, Merle W. Mead, whom she married June 11, 1944, died January 12, 1982.

She leaves three sons, Randy L. (Mary) Mead of Warren, Rev. William C. (Karen) Mead of Vero Beach, FL and Scott A. (Brenda) Mead of Liberty; one sister Bessie Lauby of North Canton, OH; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Edward Price and a sister, Evelyn Ciscell-Woolcock.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am at the Hubbard Church of the Nazarene.

Family and friends may call at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5 to 8 pm and at church on Thursday from 10 to 11 am prior to the service.
