NEW BEDFORD, PA Mary "Dee" L. Miller, 75 of New Bedford, PA, died Sunday evening, August 31, 2003, at her residence. She was born March 13, 1928, in Illinois, a daughter of Franklin and Anna Short Jackson and lived most of her life in the area.

Mrs. Miller was a homemaker, a member of TOPS, New Bedford, PA and enjoyed crafts, sewing and knitting.

She leaves her husband, William P. Miller, who she married August 24, 1967; a son, W. James (Gay) Miller of New Bedford, PA; a daughter in law, Linda Hackett of New Castle, PA; two sisters, Faye Minton of Pekin, IN and Marie Crowell of Alto Pass, IL; three grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Her parents, a son, Robert Hackett and several brothers and sisters preceded her in death.

Funeral service will at be11:00 AM Thursday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, 5 to 8 PM.
