TORONTO, OH Mary E. McGarry, 83, of Toronto, OH, died Friday afternoon, June 2, 2006, at Country Club Manor, Steubenville, OH. She was born March 5, 1923, in Coalburg, OH, a daughter of Beriah and Rosella McCann Swartz and had lived in Toronto for over 50 years.

Mrs. McGarry worked for Krum Construction Company for 10 years, retiring in 1964. She was of the Catholic faith, a member of Senior Citizens Club of Toronto, OH and a former member of the Senior Citizens in Stratton, OH. Mary enjoyed bowling.

She leaves a son, George R. (Karen) McGarry of Toronto, OH; one grandson, Michael McGarry of Toronto, OH, one great grandson, Christopher McGarry of Maineville, OH.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Edward, Albert, Leo and James Swartz.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, 709 North Main St. Hubbard, OH.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 5 to 8 pm.
