WEST MIDDLESEX, PA Mary M. Herman, 84, of West Middlesex, died Thursday afternoon, April 28, 2005 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle, PA. She was born March 18, 1921, in Youngstown, a daughter of Andrew Sr. and Anna Teslar Bailik and lived in West Middlesex since 1945, coming from Campbell.

Mrs. Herman was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church in New Bedford, PA.

Her husband, Joseph B. Herman, whom she married July 22, 1939, died July 24, 1987.

She leaves three sons, Gary (Marilyn) Herman of Surprise, AZ, Ronald Herman of West Middlesex, and Philip (Roberta) Herman of Hillburn, NY; a daughter, Marilyn (Daniel) Pelles of Hermitage, PA and 3 grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, two brothers, John and Andrew Bailik and a sister, Anne Bailik.

There will be a memorial mass at St. James Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. on Monday.

There will be no calling hours.
